Delivery Schedule
Your order is processed right away and despatched as soon as possible subject to stock availability. International orders are generally delivered within 14-21 days.  Please allow up to 28 days for items out of stock. Feel free to contact us with regard to your delivery. information@lingerie-uk.com

Guarantee and Returns
We are dedicated to your total satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you wish to return goods for exchange or credit card refund they must reach us within 30 days from the date of despatch and be in the condition in which they were sent. Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item/s less postage. Free Postage - Only available on completed orders. Items returned that outward delivery was covered by free postage are liable for postage costs against returned goods refund. Goods returned outside this allocated time frame will not be replaced or refunded.  Lingerie UK are not liable for any return postage costs.
